Wealth 212, Wealth 212, LLC (Wealth 212 or The Company) provides its clients with a variety of products and services, including but not limited to memberships to access funding and specialized materials and tools, informational “how to” materials, specialist support, Wealth 212 products, member services classes and access to this website.
Member Use, Terms and Agreements
As a result of market conditions such as changes in interest rates, changed federal guidelines governing funding and real estate, and other changes such as the administration and fulfillment of membership benefits, from time to time The Company will update its membership agreements. By using this site and accessing member-only pages on this website (which can be accessed through a number of URL’s including Wealth212.com and Keystonefundingnetwork.com) members agree that the most current membership agreements used for membership enrollments by Wealth 212 is the one that governs their memberships. These most current Agreements override any relevant terms signed when joining as a member. This includes but is not limited to the Program Confirmation Page, Terms of Engagement Agreement, Program Detail Page and accompanying program deliverables, and the Standard Terms and Conditions Agreement. Members can request copies of the most updated version of their Agreements by email or use of the ticket system. Note that services and program conditions apply to each membership level, with major differences between Basic member levels (Silver and Gold, note live access and single-submission terms) and Premium levels (Platinum, Diamond and Club-212, note multi-deals option, more funding solutions). All services require an active membership. Non-payment of monthly membership dues will result in automatic cancellation of membership. Re-activation is possible on an availability basis, and will include an admin activation fee on top of your first monthly payment. A one month freeze on submissions will apply to re-activated accounts, but all other services including property reviews will be available once re-activation fees are confirmed and received. To re-activate a lapsed account contact the company and someone will help you through the process or provide a link to a portal. Note that any promotions, upgrades, discounts, specials and the like are conditional on maintaining an uninterrupted active membership, and any interruptions will void the upgrade and in case of reactivation the membership will default to the non-upgraded member version (the one matching the membership enrollment fee, or one lower in case of discounts). Upgrades are only possible on an availability basis.
General
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or discontinue any content, feature, or mode of operation of the Site and these Terms of Use. By continuing the use of this Site following any of the mentioned actions, you will be deemed to have agreed to the actions. You agree to review these Terms periodically to be aware of such actions. USING THIS SITE AND BY PURCHASING AND OR USING ANY THE COMPANY’S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THESE TOU.

Three day cancellation/Termination/refund policy
Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with (1) these Terms of Use, (2) any policy or practice of ours in operating the Site or providing any of our products and services, or (3) any content available through the Site or any change therein, is to stop visiting and using the Site and not purchasing or participating in any of Wealth 212’s products and services.
We may terminate your use of the Site, including without limitation, your membership in the Site, at any time, at Wealth 212’s sole discretion. Members need to refer to their Membership Agreement for details on cancellation of their membership.
Restrictions on Use of Materials
You acknowledge that this site and the materials and services you purchased may contain information, text, photographs, graphics, art, designs, video, images, sounds, software, animations, and other material and services (collectively “content”) that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress or other intellectual or proprietary rights owned by Wealth 212 or other third parties. You acknowledge and agree that these rights belong to their owners and that these rights are valid and protected in all media now and existing or later developed, and that except as specifically provided in these Terms. Severability
You agree that if any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or the applications of the Agreement which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications and to this end the provision of the Agreement is declared to be severable. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
Security

Credit card fees

Any such card must be yours, and must access sufficient funds or credit available for your purchase of services and/or products. Your card or account will be automatically and immediately debited for products and/or services. In case your card is cancelled, you must provide Wealth 212 immediately with a new card number to continue Wealth 212’s products and/or services. You authorize Wealth 212 to make charges based on your purchase(s) of products and services. The Company has no obligation to contact you in case your Credit Card is declined. In this case, all outstanding orders will be cancelled. It is your responsibility to make sure that The Company has the right Credit Card information on file. In case of cancellation, all orders and services that have not been charged and processed will be cancelled, without possible fees or other charges
