PLEASE READ THIS USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEALTH 212 ̊ (“W212”) AND KEYSTONE FUNDING NETWORK (“KFN”) SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT LOGIN TO THE MEMBER CENTER, AND/OR USE ANY BRANDED (W212/KFN) SOFTWARE, APPS, AND PROGRAMS. NOTICE TO USERS: AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By logging into our software, you agree to the following:
1. Account Benefits
Your account provides numerous benefits, including access to reduced costs compared to many other funding alternatives and the potential for super-fast funding, giving you a competitive edge in your markets.
2. Preparatory Work
To facilitate the funding process, unlike transactional lenders, we begin preparatory work as soon as you notify us of your intention to work on deals. These preparations require your approval, which includes authorizing us to start certain processes before you are ready to apply for funding, ensuring we are prepared when you do apply. These preparations are administrative and will not affect you (for example, they DO NOT include pulling a credit score). Once we get to official funding, we will provide options and explain how they might affect you, and will not proceed without your explicit approval.
3. Updating Terms
Rules and regulations may change, requiring us to make minor adjustments to agreements. Instead of having you re-sign numerous documents each time, we have simplified this process. By clicking “AGREE” and logging in, you agree to this agreement, the most up-to-date version of the terms governing your W212 account level, and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the website you are currently visiting, as if you had signed them.
You can request copies of these documents by contacting the company via email or phone.
General
Professional Conduct with Back-End Connections
At times, we may grant direct access to our back-end teams for certain funding needs. Please be aware that these teams are engaged in various funding activities and are not exclusively dedicated to KFN/Wealth 212 account holders. As a result, they may introduce themselves using different industry titles, such as Source Lender, Direct Lender, Private Lender, Hard Money Lender, Wholesale Specialist, Commercial Lender, or terms indicating a Bank or Credit Union.
When connected directly, it is crucial to maintain a professional attitude. These relationships are built on years of trust and collaboration. If any issues arise, please address them with your Account Specialist—**not** the back-end connection. Unprofessional behavior could lead to doors closing, much like how a friend who embarrasses you in front of others would lose the privilege of future invitations. Maintaining respect and professionalism ensures continued access and positive outcomes.
Access to the Account Center is strictly limited to the designated account holder. Usernames and passwords must remain confidential and are not to be shared under any circumstances. The terms of use for this account include comprehensive Privacy and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) clauses, which must be adhered to at all times. All financial decisions made are the sole responsibility of the account holder. Wealth 212, along with its affiliates, employees, and contractors, assumes no liability for any financial decisions made by the account holder or for the advice provided by third parties to whom the account holder may have been referred. Should you disagree with any part of this agreement or the agreement in its entirety, you may indicate your disagreement by clicking “Disagree” below.
