COVID NOTICE FOR MEMBERS

Despite our best efforts, we have a significant number of employees who contracted COVID over the holidays. For those of you who have properties in the works: DO NOT WORRY. We have planned for events like this, your properties are our properties and our commitment to success is 100%.

Having said that, we have COVID cases at every one of our offices in the US. Working with reduced staffing will temporarily affect how we operate to make sure all properties are handled with the same expediency you have come to expect of us. We will prioritize communications as follows:
1. Active deals: Property submissions and closes
2. Questions related to properties you intend to contract
3. Program questions
You will not see delays in #1, even though the team members you are used to working with might be different. And regardless of your membership level, we always try to respond within 24hrs to tickets.
We highly recommend you try to find answers, suggestions and motivation from our Academy at www.wealth212.academy, and use the ticket system whenever possible.
We have many active deals and live real estate transactions in process that are requiring our real estate team members’ (who didn’t contract Covid) full time attention. As soon as staffing returns to near-normal levels in the coming days you will see replies and appointments return to normal timelines as well.
