The Big Picture: Membership has benefits, and not just for the member

We started this business with a single objective in mind: Matching the most lucrative business with motivated entrepreneurs, regardless of their finances, credit score or level of experience.

Achieving this goal would be a game changer for thousands, and not just those part of disenfranchised communities. Real estate investing has always had a high entry threshold. Experience and financial ability (credit, cash) exclude most from getting started.

But real estate is as difficult as it is lucrative. While failure rates are high, those who succeed are wealthy. Demand for the ultimate “home business” has always been high, but getting what you need to stack the deck in favor of success is difficult, and often expensive.

The Challenge

Our challenge was to create a program that would not just benefit a single client but would benefit all aspiring real estate entrepreneurs. What is needed hasn’t much changed in the past 100 years: Funding, tools and mentoring. Can someone succeed without these? Well, they can get purchase a property if self-funding is an option. This would imply availability of essential tools like a Proof Of Funding document. That leaves the “mentoring” part, and I guess someone could learn from their own mistakes. But in real estate even a single mistake can run in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, who would want to take that risk if you can hire someone to help you navigate the shortcuts to success? In other words, yes, getting started and maybe even getting some level of success is possible without third parties. Unlikely, but possible.

What we created was a program that replaced the need of bearing the full cost of funding, tools, or paying for mentoring which usually is limited to attending a seminar or bus tour.

Putting It All Together

How did we do this, you ask? Through memberships: everyone contributing a little means we can offer a lot. Our memberships offer the complete package. A package so unique we have yet to find anyone else who includes everything we do: funding, tools and education, on top of a big list of “extras” such as guidance from a team of top investors, extra tools such as profit calculators and apps, a website for easy submissions, and best of all, access to thousands of lenders across the country.

A Unique, One-Of-A-Kind Program

Looking at alternatives, one can see why our membership has been so popular. Top mentoring and education alone easily runs $30,000 – $60,000. You know, at those Las Vegas seminars or the infamous bus tours. Then there is the funding part. Money is expensive, go figure! Cost Of Money (COM), even for a relatively small rehab can run tens of thousands of dollars. These are costs before the rehab starts. Too often, little is left by the time investors paid the contractor, realtors, and standard costs such as utilities, taxes, and permits.

To reduce risk and make real estate affordable and available when needed, we created our programs around memberships. This way the member receives much more than just access to funding, or just access to education, or just access to tools. We have heard so many great stories from members who otherwise couldn’t afford real estate investing.

The Big Picture

So what is the bigger picture? Members are the recipient of contributions of thousands of fellow members, so we can provide what is needed to get to real estate success. AND members’ relatively small contribution means others can get what they need. Membership dues support a nationwide like-minded community.
